“I am not impressed with the company or the product.
First, the order took a long time to arrive. Even though I had printed the template for sizing purposes, it was way too small. It’s been nearly a month since my initial order and I still don’t have the replacement in the right size or even an estimated arrival date.
In the meantime, my daughter has been using the small band that they didn’t require us to return and it is already ripping from the seam!”
“I feel bad not giving 5 stars for the product. It's a fine product but it's not quite like Apple's braided solo bands. As long as you have the right expectation, you will be happy. Enjoy!”
“I was hoping this was the same quality as the Apple braided band. Sadly it isn't. It has a "plastic-y" feel and lacks quality.
I will be returning it.”
