“I truly do like this band. It is extremely lightweight. It looks pretty nice. The material feels like cheap plastic and the lack of heft to the band makes me question how it is going to hold up in time. With that being said, the lifetime warranty that they offer only extends as long as they are making that product. If they discontinue it, the lifetime warranty goes out the door. I understand that lack of replacement may be tricky, but for the company to just say “sorry, we don’t make that anymore” does not instill confidence. At the bare minimum, they should offer you the value of replacing it with something similar.”
