“I ordered a black slim band and received a white one. Although customer service was quick to respond, I requested faster shipping as they made a mistake, which was ignored. They say 2-3 days, but it’s been almost 5 with little movement of my order. Very disappointed.”
“Overall I really like this band. I have slimmer wrists but was able to, very easily, remove a couple links and it fits great. I really like the slim version of this watch band because it fits between my hand and wrist bone more easily without rubbing as much. The material is a plastic of some sort but doesn't feel cheap. Very lightweight. I cannot speak to endurance as I've only worn for about a week and only to work. But overall all first impressions have been nothing but positive.”
