“I'm living in China and bought this sunglass here online, since I couldn't get it at this time in China. After one year, I lost one of the nose pads. I contacted Soleeyewear and Serengeti customer service, but never got a reply! This is very disappointing. Now meanwhile in Shanghai a distributer exists, giving them the product name they do not know what I am talking about. It seems to me, all these companies are not really interested in doing after sales services.”
