I was taken to hospital for AFib. We are using the EKGraph to track the chiropractic, immune building homeopathic products, water fasting and acupuncture treatments to discover what the Heart responds to. We are using homeopathic blood thinners and now down to half the drugs.

Unfortunately the Sono Health EKG monitor did not work for me. I consistently got inaccurate readings from my unit & had to return it. The Company is easy to deal with so that is a plus.

Nancy, we are sorry that the EKGraph didn't work out for you. Inaccurate readings can occur from improper recording. We simply wish you'd reach out to us so we could help you out and at least try the device out for 60 days. But thank you for giving us a try!

Does exactly what i wanted. Nearly bought the one advertised on tv. With the EKGraph Portable EKG Monitor i don't pay a monitoring or connection fee. I can email information to my MD for review. This was a great choice.

it's easy to use and I can save all my records for free. Integration with smartphone via bluetooth works great. The app is easy to use. It would be good to have a case for it for protection. Also nice to be able to delete all button. Great overall and quality build. So far I would recommend it instead of other devices that charge for saving records.

I found the product very easy to use and I had no problems getting it set up and running. The graph was not as detailed as the one in the Dr office but it doesn’t have eight wires hooked up on me either. I did find that the quality or the detail of the graph improved when I placed the double contact on my chest. my one comment is that I would like to set it to record for more than ten seconds is that possible?

The device itself is easy to use and the graphic presentation and analysis are clear. The problems come when the Smartphone and PC Apps are used. There were also several pitfalls in getting my account registered. I returned to the web page sometime afterwards and found that my login was being rejected and my only recourse was to create a new password. That, at least for now, has fixed the problem. The operation of the Smartphone app is a bit easier to use than the PC version though it does take some time to figure out exactly what is going on. The PC version has a lot of pitfalls for the unwary. For example if the data is downloaded from the device via the USB connection and the ALL function is selected the all of the records stored in the device are listed. It is not totally clear but in order to analyze the records they must be downloaded into the Manage function an operation the instructions are not clear on. The use of the Query function is not clear particularly when it can only be used once per record when a diagnosis is assigned. This should be stated. Also the function associated with the UnDownload button is confusing and it is possible to have the contents of the Download Page completely disappear if that tab is clicked. Only by trial and error did I find that clicking on the ALL button with the Download Tab active does what appears to be the original record list to reappear with the Download column showing a value of Yes. The functions available on the Manage Page generally are reasonably self explanatory. The only thing that seems to be missing is the ability to save the records when using the Review Function in an spreadsheet friendly format such as CSV or ASCII and also there is no way to email the graphs directly. A PDF must generated using the Print function. It would be of great help if a more concise set of instructions as a user manual could be attached to the PC App distribution. In that manual a list containing each of the functions should be included along with a description of use and in what order that they should used to avoid unwanted interactions. I think the EKGraph hardware does an excellent job of performing its intended purpose but the supporting software, while functional, is confusing and not that easy to adapt to.
