“I have used the EKGraph. It appears to work well in picking up a heart tracing. As a physician I was looking for a very portable way to immediately check someone’s heart tracing when out away from my office and equipment. I have had people come to me and say “my heart is racing” and taking their pulse was just not giving me the information I needed. The EKGraph appears to fill that need. It is extremely portable. The resulting diagnosis it gives is not always accurate but since I can directly see a tracing downloaded on my iPad I can see look at it and know if it is something I need to address immediately or can give reassurance. I do recommend it not just for non-medical people but for medical professionals as well. The non-medical buyer does need to be aware that the result the unit gives of a particular tracing may not be accurate. For my purposes though, it gives me a tracing to see and I can determine what it is. The other issue I have seen is the tracing that downloads on the app has lots of noise that makes it harder to actually see the whole p wave, qrs and t waves. I would like to see less noise in the tracing.”
“El producto cumple todas mis expectativas, de fácil acceso y con una gran capacidad de envío de informe a los profesionales de la salud 10/10 fantástico !!!”
“My husband periodically has days where his heart pounds all day, I'm a nurse and can read them, so this will be way cheaper than a cardiology workup. Easy to use right away, sync with your phone to view the whole strip. Then you can easily email it to your doctor if needed. Great product!”
“I have tried two other hand held EKG Devices and I was not happy. Either is the tracing was something normal, even given that it was a single lead, or the company required a monthly fee to view your own tracing. As well could not save to my iPhone or to my desktop. I was pleased when I received my SonoHealth monitor. It was intuitive to set up and easy to use. I am a family practice provider and I will be recommending this device to my patients to monitor the rhythm at home. Not as much for treatment but for reassurance. It is money well spent and my cardiologist Thinks it’s a wonderful Addition for anyone that has a chronic arrhythmia.”
“I am not real techy so setup and connectivity can be an issue for me. Initially looked at the Kardia brand as it is the most advertised product in home EKG devices. The ability to see on a screen the ekg without a using a smart phone is attractive to me. The setup required to transfer and store the readings to a smart phone or in my case an Ipad was not difficult after I figured out that was how the product was setup to do. The detail and therefore the ability for a professional to read and interpret was excellent”
“I am a retired neurologist with a long history of a benign cardiac arrhythmia. Even though not really life threatening my VPBs or ventricular premature beats cause symptoms of chest palpitations, along with pauses in the heart beat and some chest discomfort. If they last too long they are unsettling and because of my age and the presence of coronary artery disease I always fear a more dire prognosis. Recently after a prolonged bout of these palpitations I went to the ER at a cost of over $2,000 to be told it was my usual VPBs. I went on a search of a more practical and economic approach and found this EKGraph little gem and my wife bought for me for Valentines Day. I guess it is a matter of the heart after all! It does exactly what it says it does. Very compact, easy to use, and with extremely clear instructions. The tracings are easy to see which is important to me or any other health professional with a working knowledge of EKGs. Make sure that you follow the instructions and you will get accurate results. For a rhythm “strip” I liked the chest lead the most to keep movement to a minimum. I strongly recommend the EKGraph for screening and monitoring of simple cardiac arrhythmias. It is easy to synchronize with the app and send to anyone you want in seconds. It is well priced and since I travel a lot I will not be leaving home without it!”
“This works great! I had purchased a Kardia Band thinking it would be great, but it was not. I constantly had issues with it detecting. Then they shut it off, because I refused to pay them $10 a month for monitoring service! Sent it back and used the money to get the EKGraph! Absolutely the best decision I made. Easy to use. Syncs with my phone. No monthly fee! There are several on the market that look like this, but do not have the phone apps, so get this one”
“My cardiologist strongly suggested that I buy another brand EKG device to monitor my arrhythmia. After researching several products, including the one he recommended, my husband and I agreed that the SonoHealth Portable EKG monitor was a better option. First, because no monthly subscription is required. Also, the ability to transfer data to my phone, tablet and/or computer. When I got it a few days later, it was very simple to use. It just has a few pictures on the side of the box and that is clear enough to figure out how to use it. There is also a link to the website for downloading or reading info about the unit as well as connectivity. I had read in other reviews/suggestions that only one person could use/track data, but that is not so. The app can be installed on several devices, so if my hubby wants to record his data, he just uploads only that specific data to his device. I printed out several of the EKG reports for my cardiologist today, and he was pleased with them (even though he had recommended a different product). Also, SonoHealth contacted me a few days after receipt to be sure that all was going well, and solicited my feedback/comments. Very good proactive customer service.
Having used it several days now, I have had readings of "no abnormalities", "arrhythmia", skipped heartbeat and a few others, but I think those had to do with my unexpected movement during the 30 second reading. Overall, this is a GREAT product and we are glad to have made the purchase.”
