“I love sophie &Toffee, I have bought many cabochons and always been pleased with the product. However on my last purchase, I bought a whipped cream clay. It was great at first. but once i sent it to my client, she received it all melted. The cabochons had been covered and stained by the clay and it was all over the case. The cute patterns I made with my pipping tips were ruined, the whole clay had just melted.
My client was left very upset as she had been looking forward to this for months and I lost my money.
Ive been using whipping clay for years and have never seen this happen. Extremelly disappointing that the only time i buy clay from sophie and toffee (and it's expensive!) this happens.”
