“Ive gotten 3 boxes in the past year or so, plus other items not from subscriptions. Not only are the boxes for the subscriptions so detailed I don't want to get rid of them, the items are just as great! One time my bank denied the charge because it was out of country, and it hadn't cleared up in time for the box theme to ship out. When I contacted customer service they held on to a box for me for a couple weeks until my bank would let it go through so I was still able to get it. That right there makes me want to stay a customer as long as possible!”
