“I ordered the lace and loaded boots which are very cute, after a long wait they arrived I put them on 1 TIME and the zipper was not applied on the boot correctly and did not have the stoppers on it so when I went to zip the boot up the Zipper just came right off. They are not fixable. I have reached out to SFC 3 times and they will not respond. They obviously only care about the sale and not about there products. I begged in emails to fix the situation before I made a review. I have gave them over a week to respond. With 3 emails to choose from and still nothing.”
“I ordered a cute pair of boots. Took over a month to come in. I tried one boot on and the zipper was broken. Couldn't even wear the boots. I was going to return them but not even bothering since I read all the other reviews about their poor customer service and return policy. Waste of money.”
“They are pretty but I'm not happy with the quality their a little hard to zip up the material kinda flimsy and the sole are that flat smooth bottom if I saw these in person I wouldn't pay $90.00 because i feel like the quality so bad they're worth $40 because the quality is lacking”
