“I usually wear cotton socks but, because I have high thread count bamboo sheets that are both comfortable and durable, I decided to try these socks.I like the style, neutral color, and fit. I wore them the first time to work where I am on my feet more than half the day. The shoes I wore have never caused me a comfort problem until I wore with these socks. For the first few hours, my feet were comfortable. After about six hours, the ball's of my feet were hurting, feeling like they were getting chaffed. I couldn't wait to get home and take the socks off. Over the course of the day, these socks did "burn" the bottom of my feet. (I never wear nylon, polyester, or other artificial fabrics to avoid this).I don't know if it is the weave size and pattern, or that the bamboo is not as soft as cotton, or if bamboo moves more. I just know I will kot buy again and will only wear the ones I bought for shorter excursions.”
