“Product is great, however the customer service and communication that this company lacks....horrible. 3 weeks and alot of emails to final find out where my order was, and another to get the order. Never received an order confirmation and when I was told it was going to ship on Oct 31, it was actually shipped on Nov. 2nd. Order was place and card charged on October 18. Suggest this Company work on better customer service ....and GET YOUR ORDERS OUT ASAP.”
“Heard about this product from a friend who said it worked wonders for her son. Tried it at least three times now and it has helped with my headache and my knee that I've had surgery on. And the price is reasonable.”
“Although the product was what I ordered and was looking for, it took an exorbitant amount of time to receive it. Communication with the vendor was extremely slow to response to no response. Sad as I depend on this product for daily pain relief. Hopefully they will change their business practices and buck up. I would use them again, however.”
