Description
Create your own rhinestone templates with our house brand SGS rhinestone stencil making material. It is ideal for small rhinestone sizes and any vinyl cutter with at least 200 grams of cutting force. SGS Rhinestone Template Material works great in the Siser Juliet, Silhouette Cameo, CriCut and other craft vinyl cutters.
After you cut your rhinestone template, apply it to a Rhinestone Template Backboard permanently so it can be used over and over again. Once applied, the template cannot be removed.
SGS Rhinestone Template Material Specifications:
Composition: Smooth PVC rubber-like material. This product is NOT a flock. If you are looking for a flock, please see the Rock-It Flock item.
Roll Width: 12" wide with an acceptable tolerance range of +/- .25"
Roll Length: Sold by-the-foot. A full master roll is 30 feet (10 yards).
Thickness: 15 mils. (15/1000") with an acceptable tolerance range +/- 2 mils.
Blade Requirement: Some vinyl cutters will require a 60° blade.

“I just ordered the non-flock rhinestone template material (SGS Orange)for the first time. Very skeptical as I had always used flocked material and I actually really like it. Cuts way better for me on my machine than the flock does and had no issues getting the rhinestone in their places. And the fact that I can order it by the foot is great! Love that! I'll buy it again for sure!”

“Hello, It was my fault, I actually thought I was buying flock. But I must say, I am not disappointed! I was able to cut 2 full templates out of it and I'm sure, if needed, will work for smaller designs. I love that it can be easy to remove if needed from the plastic cutting boards I store my templates on.”

“I would buy again and actually buying again tonight! It's definitely not flock as a description states. It's a smooth PVC type material but had no issues cutting with my Silhouette Cameo. I plan to use for designs I won't be using that often or maybe only once.”

“don't think this is like Magic flock it is some type of hard plastic I wasted a lot trying to figure out the settings. this is not something you can or would want to rub your rhinestones in they will 90% of them will not go in the wholes but since i do have it ill just use it when I'm going to do a tumbler with stones. will use it as a pattern since it does stick”

“Although this type is not really what I was looking for I can see where it is of good quality and can be used for some templates. The only thing I would not use it for would be intricate designs with numerous holes in the design. It will tear with there are a lot of details with a lot of the rhinestone holes. Otherwise, I like the feel of the material and have done several designs that it has worked great on. It is just different but certainly serves its purpose. I will keep some on the shelf to use.”
