Siser Twinkle heat transfer glitter vinyl is sure to please with it's smooth and glossy finish. Siser Twinkle's glitter particles are embedded in a silicone-like base that also presents some reflective qualities. Available in by-the-foot rolls in 8 popular colors.
Siser Twinkle can be applied to the following fabrics:
100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends.

“My client wanted glitter but did not want the rough texture of the Siser glitter so we went with Twinkle! The issue I found is that it does not layer. There was color bleed through and then you could see the lines where it was layered underneath. I layer Siser Glitter on cheer bows because cheer bows will not be washed or handled in a manner where peeling is an issue. Twinkle cannot be layered at all. You will have to alter your designs so that the Twinkle is pressed onto your material directly (which you should be doing anyway, it just so happens that you CAN layer the Siser Glitter when making cheer bows so it's a time saver!) When pressed onto black, there is a little color bleed through which changes the color of the Twinkle. The silver is not as vibrant when pressed onto black as the silver Siser Glitter. The product does cut, weed, and press beautifully. The finish is smooth, but the glitter look is there.”
