Siser Twinkle heat transfer glitter vinyl is sure to please with it's smooth and glossy finish. Siser Twinkle's glitter particles are embedded in a silicone-like base that also presents some reflective qualities. Available in by-the-foot rolls in 8 popular colors.
Siser Twinkle can be applied to the following fabrics:
100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends.
