Custom Vinyl Roll Width Cutting - First Cut Free!
If you have a small craft vinyl cutter that uses 8"-12" wide vinyl or a specific job that requires a narrower vinyl roll, we can provide you with the vinyl you want in the width you need!
We are pleased to offer our customers one FREE custom cut for each roll of in-stock vinyl ordered. If you would like a standard width roll cut into three or more narrower rolls, there is a nominal cutting fee of $3.00 for each cut after the first.
To request custom cutting, please enter your cutting instructions in the text input box above. If you have multiple rolls and have different instructions or need more than the 1 Free cut per roll, you will need to add one custom cut item per roll. To prevent order processing and shipping delays, please be very specific!
Use the "Number of Cuts Per Roll" dropdown menu ONLY if you require more than one cut per roll or if you have a drop ship roll from FDC Graphic Films that you would like cut.
If you are asking for multiple cuts per roll please note that our equipment needs a 3.5" section to grip so we may not be able to do a full roll into multiple cut sections for the entire roll if it is below that size. Custom Roll Width Cutting Requirements & Terms:
In order to qualify for custom width cutting, the vinyl roll must be at least 15 FEET in length.
The cut-off section will be sent with your custom roll.
This is not a stand-alone item. Please add the desired vinyl rolls to your cart and reference them in the cut description.
Due to the limits of the equipment we use the smallest we can cut is 1" width.
This option is not for sheet items.
We can custom cut almost any heat transfer or adhesive vinyl roll with the exception of all printable vinyl such as Siser Colorprint products.
There is an acceptable cutting variance of up to +/- .25" for custom cuts.
Drop Shipped Items: Custom cuts for adhesive vinyl rolls drop shipped from FDC Graphic Films are $10.00 per cut. Please choose the Drop Ship Roll Cut selection from the drop down menu.
Custom cut rolls are not returnable.
