“The sandals are very comfortable with a substantial sole. However, the Velcro straps could have been longer - they just touch when wearing socks as I have a high instep.”

“Karrimor sandals are excellent. Sports direct on the other hand have an appalling customer service department. They took 10 days to reply to me. They use Hermes who lost my order and refused to communicate. Hermes are consistently the worst couriers. I will not buy from Sports Direct as long as they continue to use Hermes and have a customer service which is of no use to any one except Sports Direct.”

“Ordered a size 6 and thats what I got, no problem there - BUT the size 6 is so ridiculously small ( more like a size 4!)it's as if they've labelled the sandals wrong or they are "seconds" due to a mistake in sizing. The straps barely fit across my foot. I had a pair of identical sandals last year with no problem, which is why I purchased this second pair as a replacement - I'd like a refund, and hope stores open soon as I'd like to return them/exchange for a different sandal.”
