“Shoe was sale item and right foot was broken in 3 places so had to be sent back,delivery was appalling. It sat at delivery depot for 4 days despite being 'out for delivery' everyday on website tracking. Company used was yodel. There Are websites dedicated to how poor yodel are. Online chat help took an hour to log onto and were unhelpful simply saying it will be delivered next day but was not... They blocked my,customer satisfaction feedback survey too and only one person apologised for the delay after I insisted they should. Overall don't order online from sports direct... And don't order sale items as they may come damaged.”

“My order got delivered to store within 3 days of ordering on line. I had a text saying they were ready for collection. The sandles themselves are lovely, the comfiest 1's I have , I've had many karrimor sandles in the past as fit well are made well and are a very reasonable price.”

“I ordered the sandles on line from sports direct, they were very comfy and nice design. Unfortunately they were faulty and had to be returned. I took the sandles into store but although they had the same pair in stock they would not exchange them as the shop code was different to the on Line code.,even though the sandles were the same. I ended up returning the faulty pair to the on line address and requesting a refund. Very disappointing.”
