“I bought the New Balance M775v1 Mens Running Shoes online and when they arrived to the store, where I collected them it happens that the warehouse guys made a mistake, and they put in the box a trainer of each colour! There was one blue trainer (they one I ordered) and another one in black! I was told in the store that they couldn't do anything because it was a warehouse mistake and that I had to send the trainers back to the warehouse by post and wait for a refund or an exchange. I was very disappointed but finally I managed to speak with a Manager who was great and he took the trainers and gave me a voucher. I was very lucky I found that Manager in the store that day. I am disappointed with the poor online service and it is not the first time that I buy something online and I receive something else that I didn't expect.”
