“I made a massive order for quick delivery and received none of my order because you use yodel as the delivery service. They couldn't get in to my building? Dispite the fact every other delivery service has the ability to and it is quite easy so I guess it's kind of funny they tried to deliver 3 times before sending the items back after the point I needed them. I was in for one of these deliveries and still managed to miss it.. Then it took weeks for the refund to come through. I did complain but received an automated message telling me where my items were rather than any kind of apology or just an acknowledgment of the screw up. It would be good I imagine if they didn't use yodel. I have actually never been able to recieve and item from yodel as they never try to deliver the item to me”
