“Pretty good for the money. I've gone down the "....buy cheap and stick in some Karrimor XLite insoles (for another £16) to turn them into really good trainers for less than £50 .... route. Perfick for the gym. Have bought 3 or four of these Karrimors and put the insoles in as I have low arches. The combo is great. As for people with high arches are if using for running.... couldn't comment.”
