“Hi, you are lucky if get good item. But if you get faulty item that you are in the trouble like me. Most wath you get is automated email from customer service team. I order online twice and twice get faulty items. I start thinking that sportdirect do that special, because they never loose. We pay in additional for shipping which is not cheap. And when we send back we pay for shipping again. That means they newer loose. I don't know how long it takes to get money back on account, but now is a second week when they received item and I still waiting refund. Unhappy customer”

“These are great looking trainers. They are also very comfy. I have only used them once, on a 3 mile run on the road. I found the tension and spring in the sole to be just right. The only real negative point is the sizing. I am between 11 and 12 In every kind of show. I even have some other Karimore trainers in a 12. In this trainer I've had to go for a 13. 13 fits but doesn't leave me with much room. Good running shoe though”

“I usually wear size 11 but can wear size 10 1/2 if they are a wide fitting. I returned the size 11 for exchange because the right foot was far too short for a size 11 and they were a bit too narrow. The size 12 were just as bad being far too short for their stated size.”

“A comfortable trainer...My 3rd pair of Karrimor trainers...look good and sturdy.....Can recommend them and sensible price.....Just a shame when I collected mine from my local Sports Direct one trainer had no shoe lace......!”
