“The smallest size 8 I have ever encountered. I called to ask if I could take them to a local shop to exchange. Was told I could. Encountered the chaos that I tried to avoid by buying online. Eventually got them changed for 8 1/2. Had to then pay an extra £9.99 because they cost more in the store. Made my weekend...thanks for that!”
