“I bought these for Tough Mudder and they were awesome. Only wore them once before the day and didn't get any blisters, I was also left standing as my team mates slipped over around me! The only thing that was a little annoying is that they don't drain the water out very effectively but it was barely noticeable.”

“They really gave me one used shoe and a one new shoe from the pair of shoes. It was a shoe that was tried by others. So one shoe was loose while the other was tight. It was a weird experience. So it feels like i paid for a shoe used by other random people, when I am clearing paying for two new shoes. Sportsdirect is supposed to know that it's customers don't want second hand shoes. And if sportsdirect can't provide two new shoes and are getting away with providing second hand shoes then this information should be made public so that people can be compensated for this. Before buying the shoes online I went to the shop to try it out. When I was in the shop the customer service was terrible. All i wanted to know is if this shoe is in stock so that i can try it on. I asked three people to help me literally two people didn't want to help me and they weren't serving other customers. the first person said sorry I can't help go find someone else. He couldn't even inform me who to speak to or where to go. the second person said i don't know what I should do, go ask someone else to sort it out. His attitude wasn't refreshing either. The third person almost got rid of me. I told him I spoke to two others and they did they same. Eventually, he used his walkie talkie to call someone else. Finally I got help. The feedback i got was that they didn't have it in stock and told me order it online. They couldn't even tell me when it would be in stock so I could come back to get it after I asked. The biggest joke was that i had to pay for an additional delivery fee to get the shoe i want in the shop which is absurd, whereas if the shoes were in the shop I didn't need to pay this obscene delivery fee. This is the SportsDirect Facility in Birmingham New Street. Simply Terrible. Any customer that buys shoes from Sportdirect, please check them to make sure no one else is used them. Otherwise it will not provide a comfortable fit around your feet. And most importantly if any horrible customer service personnel advises to buy shoes online because they don't have it in stock. Be very careful if you dont want to order it to your door, try and find a manager or someone higher up to speak too because otherwise you will be forced to pay a delivery fee because Sportdirect can't order the shoes themselves which ofcourse is disgraceful. I hope this message is clear for the management to understand and also for prospective customers to be aware of what could happen when shopping sportsdirect birmingham.”
