“I brought these as a novice runner, so I'll start with the obvious...break then in before attempting a 3 mile run, The trainers are comfortable, supportive & look fab but I am rocking a serious blister in the arch of my foot from one of the trainers, the insoles come out easily (I am told this is for those who have their own inserts) and as such move about underfoot, now I know this I will be able to counter it next run, :)”
