“Hello there is a big problem with my karrimor tempo3 Lds62blue/white/yell 5.5 that I ordered. Yesterday (27.01.2016) I received karrimor white/silver/pink no.6 and the Big problem is that they are used. You sent me used shoes. I never thought that something like this can happen. I thought I can trust you. Please let me know how could we fix my reported issue. I believe you either are going to replace “very used” karrimor shoes I`ve received with new ones or you provide me the appropriate refund. I still believe was an accident that occur on your side. If the first case is chosen please provide carrier name and account number to use for shipment. Please see attached pictures for what I received in the message that I sent yesterday.”
