“Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive!!! Too small, so went for different size which as £5 cheaper. Have not had refund on shoes or postage!! Shoes good quality. When will refund arrive. Also have tried on website to change my e mail address, but no facility to do so. It's very difficult when you don't have a direct email address. Choosing option doesn't include this, unlike other websites.”

“I have bought literally hundreds of pairs of shoes in my life, this is the first time that a pair does not fit, the left one is a little narrow but the right one is very narrow and when I put it on all my toes go to sleep, it doesn't say anywhere that they are a narrow fit and because I would have to pay to return them I shall be donating them to charity and never buying karrimor online again.”
