“Didn't get 'next day' delivery although paid extra!! Returned trainers(too small) for bigger size which were £5 cheaper! This is 4th time of writing....no response whatsoever from SDirect! Not good for PR! Also, no area on webpage to change email address!!!”

“Sadly though the trainer was supposed to be size 5 it fitted like a size 3.5-4. As the sizes were so inaccurate I had to ask for a refund which required a further outlay in postal charges.”

“The shoes are ok on quality and aesthetic side, but size is awfully smaller. Taking in account that I bought 3 different Karrimor shoes in this order and only this pair differs from stamped size. It is stamped 38, and it's more like 36. All the others fit to size perfectly.”
