“Nice shoes, will be good for outdoor holiday. VERY small made, would go at least one size larger i.e. I am a 4 but required a 5 or 5.5 if wanting to wear thick socks. Had to order another size as didn't fit and no stock in store. Had to pay another £4.99 for click and collect, which I have emailed about as I think paying for C&C is a bit ridiculous, as the incentive for a customer to collect is that it is cheaper/free - regardless of whether I get any vouchers when I C&C. Would rather it was taken off the cost of delivery.”
