“Bought these for my wife as we both found the Tempo 3 extremely comfortable. There was unfortunately an issue with a raised seam inside the heel which rubbed and caused blisters. As they were purchased online the return for exchange had to be done the same way. Not a problem really on both counts I thought. I was wrong, it was the first faulty item I had purchased from Sports Direct so no issue there, it happens. What was an issue was having to pay to return a faulty item, not an issue if it was a change of mind on purchase but to have to pay for a faulty item is completely wrong. Think again Sports Direct, I will not purchase from you again under these conditions.”
