“Trainers delivered on 15th September and today they are coming apart at the seams and the plastic is breaking off. The trainers were supposedly £115.00 in the sale. I have only been out in them 4 times and for only a hour at a time. No phone number on website and only a form for faulty products saying to return by recorded delivery (I presume my cost) and it could take 30 days. I am horrified at the poor quality of the shoes and the difficulty in returning them. I bought trainers as I really needed them - I can't be without a pair for a month :-(”

“The product looked great . Came quickly to store . However got it home and there was a security tag on it that I had to remove with a pair of pliers and a hammer and they were tiny for the size . Couldn't get them on !”
