“Dear SportsDirect, before answering your request on a feedback about any product, I expect you answering my questions that have been asked through your customer service e-mail in a respectful and constructive manner. More than a week I was exchanging e-mails with your customer service specialist Haydn who never answered any of my questions in substance, was using incongruous arguments and ignored my request to forward my questions to a responsible person/department. After I requested the escalation path, this person is silent for several days already (since Feb. 23rd). I was always sure that your company is client-oriented and good communication is you policy and I was very disappointed to meet a slighting and offensive treatment.”

“I buy for my daughter 6 years old. Shoes seem good. She will fit. Attention to the size, because I buy a 33 and 34 (in the website and invoice there is written this number) but shoes arrived me were 34 and 35!!”
