“I liked the look of these sandals for Summer wear so I ordered them online; they were as expected when they arrived and seemed comfortable but on first attempt to wear them the buckle on one sandal broke when closing the strap the buckle snapped and came away from the shoe; a certain amount of pressure has to be applied due to the design of the buckles and it wasn't any excessive force being used so it was disappointing that the sandal broke and was also rendered un-wearable immediately on the first attempt to wear them. I am getting replacement pair sent as I do like them and will give them a chance to see if its just a faulty pair hopefully issue doesn't repeat!”

“The pair sent to me must have slipped through the quality control net. The leather on the left shoe had completely faded. The seemingly dark brown right shoe was also equally faded underneath- after nicking away a bit of what looked like thick shoe polish! Needless to say I asked for and got a full refund but was not enamoured with the process of having to send the box back- why can't rejects be accepted instore, after all, that's where I picked them up? The refund process was efficient and painless, apart from that, though.”
