“Ordered crocs as a christmas present, opened the package to find that i had been sent a pair of children's shin pads. As there is no customer service phone number or any way of communicating with sports direct I had to send the shin pads back and pay the postage myself which I have not been reimbursed. I then got sent the crocs which are great but the way the company operates with a deliberate avoidance of the issue that they may have made a mistake is pretty bad”
