“In general I was satisfied with my order, I'm rocking the Firetrap Jo Wedge...best Wedge ever,except for the black wedge with stripe in it the, part of the design was partly ruined.its quite embarrassing since I ordered it for somebody else... I personally believe that even if its on-line shopping and that we get to see and view our products when it reaches our destination...as a client we should get best quality products, just like your clients that shops directly from your shop. After all we pay the same amount for the product itself, excluding the shipping fee...It is so unfair, that upon arrival of the consignment,it is partially damaged and I can't even return it back to get one in better condition. Thanks once again”
