“I bought some shoes online which i really like but one of them was larger than the other when they came. I did not send them back because i would have to pay return postage myself and then i would have to also pay postage for a replacement pair. I took them to a nearby store but they did not stock them so i have kept them even though one of them is a misfit. I don't think this is fair if an item is faulty - please can you advise.”
