“The product was fine just too small but your delivery service is shocking and I wont be using it again and will also post on forums for others not to use it. You charge £5 normal delivery even if collected from one of your stores. Then when I returned it to store packaged and brand new I can only get a credit note unless I post back. Returns postage is not included as it is with most other reputable companies and royal mail tracked is recommended meaning to try some shoes on it cost more than £10. An absolute rip off!”
