“Ordered online and paid delivery was reduced from £74.99 so was an absolute bargain until i opened tge box these are badly made and the boots looked like they had been thrown around the warehouse had scratches and dents in them, took them back an lady at till said its because of the soft leather material and cudnt give me a refund so now im stuck with a credit note and didnt even get my postage of 4.99 back wont be buying online again already took shoes back there because they sent me wrong ones, dont know what they are doing in their warehouse but they need training on stock!”
