“I didn't receive the shoes I ordered!!! You sent me a ugly black pair in a loose fit shoe in the box the shoes I ordered , then when I contacted via email I was asked to send photos which I did to prove you sent me the wrong shoes. I'm still waiting for a reply BY THE WAY !! I have contacted via the FB page 3 days later and was told to return them after offering me a 15% discount (which I refused) if I wanted to keep them. No I don't want to keep them. They are UGLY, who thought it was a good replacement for the shoes I ordered? I didn't even get a email to say they were out of stock but you took my money anyway.They will be sent back. I have been a returning customer and bought quite a few things before but I'm sorry to say this will be the last time I buy anything. 0 out of 10 from me.”

“Lovely good quality comfy trainer - had my old ones for years. Unfortunately I chose mine from Sport Direct website where the colour looked far darker than actual shoe. Had to return them as they were far too light for me - I would have ruined them in no time! No problem with the return with SD - they fully refunded cost and postage!”

“Looked as good on receipt as presentation on website. However had to return as the fitting around the bridge of the foot and the ankle area was way too big (wide) and so shoes which were a good fit length wise, were slipping as you walked and not a snug fit as you would expect from Skechers.”
