“I had the same trainers for years and always the same size. Ordered online and received a bigger one. Same size on the label but far bigger than the others. Sent it back and they didn't refund me, just get a voucher, so I have to buy shoes in Sportsdirect. However they don't have the same type in smaller size. I ordered another type with next day delivery (for 7 pounds) and received text messages and e-mail that they will deliver today. They didn't. So I have no money, no shoes. Very disappointed.”
