“I would be able to rate these trainers if they were actually delivered... 10 days after paying for next day delivery I still haven’t received them due to a delivery error. Terrible service, do not purchase!!”

“I wasn't happy when charged £5 for delivery even though I collected my order from the store. It was refunded to me in voucher which means I had to be forced to spend more than my budget which I thought it was unfair. I would have wanted it refunded to my card but it wasn't so. When I complained in the store I was told that it's the way Sports direct do their business. I thought it was wrong forcing customers to spend in the store when they come to collect their orders. Pls can you stop this practice.”

“This is the 3rd time I have bought these particular trainers, and that is because they are incredibly comfortable and great for doing lots of walking. The memory gel insole shapes to your foot and keeps it relatively cool and the easy slip on/off is handy as well. The only reason I have had to buy new ones is because I wear out the old ones, but nothing wrong with the trainers themselves - I just go on active holidays which mean a lot of walking therefore a lot of wear!”
