“Love this shoe but I'm a size 6 but this shoe doesn't fit! Currently trying to work out how I'm supposed to exchange them for a 7 but the customer service is appalling and so is the exchange procedure for online ordering. Also they were only £3 but I've been charged £5 for delivery to a store! Eventually got hold of a local branch where it seems they have a bunch of kids running things poorly. Won't be ordering again online again!”
