“I received this item in an old box also it was a used product looks like it has been worn on few occasion it was sad because i wanted to give my niece a gift. however i spoke with the customer service they going to refund me and the item i will donate to the salvos. please for next time let the staffs watch the product before dispatching any items. Thanks”
