“Went into shop to purchase trainers, but when opened the box when I got home the trainers were slightly different from the ones I'd chosen in shop. On returning I was told, they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, I could not get a refund, only a credit note. There I used the credit note to order the ones I had actually wanted on line. These were fine when delivered.”
