“Not the right time to ask me for a review but I guess that’s what reviews are for: I ordered white trainers as shown in your details above, the shoe box shows it contains a white item but the trainers were black. Disappointed. I asked how can I get this replaced to the correct item and not pay for the delivery or returns as this was your error. You direct online message system was broke so message failed multiple times over a number of days. I have now paid £5.57 to send this back. To make things fair, I would welcome a voucher to cover this, my time and cost for transportation. I’ll review the correct item when it arrives. Please forward this to the customer complaint section.”
