“It was well worth the money but the 4.99 charge made it the same as everywhere else but that is the way it seems cheap then you get stung on delivery. Item was exactly as ordered (but the mug I ordered sadly did not make it).”

“Wrong size was delivered took them back to store where I was spoken to very rudely and told they have no online facility to help as sports direct.com is completely different to sports direct store and would have to email customer service myself and arrange return and reorder as there is no phone number because of amount of complaints they would receive also after paying for delivery once I would have to pay to send them back and have to pay again for another delivery, so I decided not to bother and never to shop online or in store again lesson learnt .”
