“Trainers turned up and one of them had yellowish colouring on what was suppose to be the whites around the sole. Maybe it was a display shoe. So one had white soles and the other had yellowish which extended to toes! Looked ridiculous. Had to return to store. Very disappointed a no store seemed to have the blue canvas only black.”

“The high top trainers had obviously been on display or something as the white trim and toe cap was faded and yellow on one of the trainers making them unwearable. As I ordered them online I had no way of knowing this until they arrived. When I tried to return them to the store for a refund I was told that I could not get an instore refund even though the article was faulty and that I would have to post them off at my expense to get a refund. I have never had this experience before with online shopping from a retailer with a presence on the high street. I will not be ordering from Sports Direct online again.”
