“I absolutely love these. Im a women and i bought these for myself as the fit is much more comfy than on women's shoes and with me having big feet I wanted something good fitting. These are going to last me awhile and look good with jeans, dresses and skirts. Thank you”

“Years ago Dunlop made 'motor car' tyres and 'plimsolls'. If you owned a car and were a sporty type, both your car and your feet would be shod by Dunlop. Over the years the brand has downgraded and appeared among the cheaper brands. Braindead fashionistas and fashionistos have spurned them. So I was interested to see what these would be like and bought a pair at a rock bottom price in Sport Direct's clearout. 'Dunlop Original' was internally emblazened upon them - 'The Green Flash Shoe Company' - 'Made in China'. A little incongruous. But guess what? They're plimmies - and very good ones. Solidly made, quite weighty and extremely comfortable, I sped to the computer and ordered another pair ready for when these wear out. If like me, you find that many brands of trainer don't give sufficient 'spread' for your toes, you'll love these. And the cutaway style feels airy and light - personally, I couldn't live with those bootee-style clodhoppers that eight foot basketball players wear. And here's summut else. The trendy brands make these, of course - at coronary inducing prices and virtually identical. Dunlop have branded discretely with their name at the heel of the shoes in smallish letters and neat little silver buttons on the sides. So your highrolling drongo would have to get on his hands and knees and crawl at your feet to see what the hell you're wearing. Love 'em.”
