“Bought these in a size 12 (and another pair different colour) When they arrived they were clearly mis-sized and holding them against the other pair I would say lucky if they were in fact a 10 Returned them with a note explaining the situation and requesting a replacement in a true 12. I am still waiting - despite several emails back and forth, I am still out of pocket for both the shoes and the postage to return them. All I want is a correct size 12 in these!”
