“The product arrived and both shoes were totally different colours. Obviously one had been on display. Disappointed that a member of staff didn’t check item before sending out! The box was also damaged. I had to return item and purchase exactly the same shoe in junior but pay an additional £5.50? Wouldn’t recommend the online click & collect again if this quality of products is what you get!akso didn’t agree with having to pay delivery charge either when using click & collect service!”

“When they arrived, the toes were different colours - one was white and the other was cream. I was sent another pair and they were even worse. I sent pictures to my customer service agent who has been fab and refunded me the money saying that neither pair needs to be returned.”

“These trainers arrived with the security tag still attached to one and when I took the other one out it was discoloured as in the white toe and base were actually yellow. After complaining I was told to bring them to my nearest store which obviously defeats the purpose of buying online. Not impressed!”

“Las zapatillas llegan con la zona delantera, en una de ellas, muy amarillenta, quizá de haber estado expuesta al sol un largo periodo y, además con una alarma enganchada en uno de los ojales de los cordones. El plazo de entrega correcto, como siempre.”

“Received trainers however, one shoe had clearly been a window display as one toe was white and one yellow!! Only noticed once our in day light so couldn’t return as worn.”
