“Never received the trainers as courier returned them to sportsdirect without delivering them. Disgusting service from Hermes and sportsdirect as shop was open on delivery day.”

“These are really nice strong trainers. I’m a size 6 and I ordered a size 6 online but these were too big for me. As I bought them on sale I gave them to my daughter who wears a size 7 and she loves them. I did try a size 5 on in store, but they were too small!”

“I have already submitted one review in which I said that I received a pair of trainers that I bought on line. They didn't fit, so I asked if I could return them to our local Sport Direct shop. The answer was no. I therefore sent them back by post, which cost £3. I had already paid £4 to receive the shoes. I ended up by paying £7 for postage when the shoes themselves only cost £18 in the sale. It seems very bad policy on behalf of Sports Direct which is a multi national concern and well able to accept the cost of at least one postage. Most other national firms offer free returns. I would, for the second time of asking, be pleased to have your comments. Marie Powell”
